Bill Fletcher Broker / Owner of Tuscany Properties
Welcome to Tuscany Properties! I opened Tuscany Properties in
November 2005, and now have several agents working in the office. I received
my Real Estate License in April of 1999 and started working with a small
company called Real Estate Solutions. Before starting Tuscany Properties, I
most recently worked with Realty Executives of San Antonio. I received my
brokers license
in my third year as an agent, and continued to work for Realty Executives North as their
contract broker, reviewing all the contracts the office was involved in,
ensuring compliance with State Laws and E & O insurance
guidelines.
I have been a member of the San Antonio Board Of Realtors® (SABOR), Texas Association of REALTORS® (TAR),
and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) for over 7 years. Besides the designation as Broker, I am
also an (ABR) Accredited Buyers Agent
and a member of the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council, Inc. (REBAC).
My real estate specialties include: Residential, New Home Representation,
Farm & Ranch, and Commercial. I have represented buyers and sellers
for properties in Atascosa, Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, Medina, and Wilson
counties.
